My name is Cesar Brambilla Rojo, i am Mexican and i am married with a pretty wife and have 2 adult young sons consolidated in ther professional careers.
I am Industrial Chemical Engineer by Autónoma University of Mexico. I have 40 years of professional background full time perfomed in rubber companies. My longer professional experience was related to production scheduling and control. As you know, the production control is the company brain. We received Mr. Araújo as consultant here is Cooper Tires, Guadalara, Mexico. He revised our system from raw material through finished goods. He made several recommendation to us such as. Relayout the materials storage area, resizing all materials area and rational lot size for scheduling.
He enphatized the use of quality tools to manage the production control such as Six Sigm, Lean, Just in Time, etc. Once theese tools are applied to production control we can identify bottleneck and how to solve it. Mr. Araújo helped us to eliminate several types of waste, how to reduce labor time, defective material or bad identification of materials.
I would like to say thank you Mr. Araújo, but we are so far from each other, i would say thank you very much.
